How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out on our website, or send us a message on WhatsApp at 0306-9303396 and we will take your order there.
What payment methods do you accept?
Retail orders are Cash on Delivery, so you pay when your parcel arrives. Wholesale (B2B) orders are arranged on WhatsApp and need advance payment.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is Rs 250 + Rs 50 per item. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more. The exact charge is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners.
Why do you confirm my order before dispatch?
We confirm Cash on Delivery orders by WhatsApp or phone so every parcel reaches the right person. You can confirm instantly with the WhatsApp button shown after you order.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
Yes. Our wholesale range is available for shops, offices and businesses. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote based on your order size.
Is Saafco Solar Panel Cleaner safe for my panels?
Yes. It is non-abrasive, streak-free and safe for anti-reflective coatings. It is made for solar panels only, so we do not recommend it for household glass.
Are your products safe to use at home?
Used as directed, yes. Always read the label, keep cleaning products away from children, and never mix different cleaners together.
