We deliver Saafco cleaning products to homes and businesses all over Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about delivery times, charges and payment.
Delivery areas
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners, to cities, towns and most rural areas.
Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed. Remote areas, public holidays and bad weather can occasionally add a day or two.

Order confirmation
To make sure every parcel reaches the right person, we confirm Cash on Delivery orders by WhatsApp or a phone call before dispatch. After you order, you can confirm instantly by tapping the WhatsApp button on the order confirmation page. Please use a phone number you can answer.
Payment
Retail orders are Cash on Delivery: please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives. Wholesale (B2B) orders are handled on WhatsApp and need advance payment. Delivery charges for wholesale orders depend on order size.
Order updates
Want to know where your parcel is? Message us on WhatsApp (0306-9303396) with your order number and we will share an update.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo as soon as possible. Returns and refunds are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
