Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Refunds

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed in cash upon return or adjusted against a future order.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned items are inspected and approved.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
